How to Request Account Deletion
To request deletion, contact Meta Recharge support from the contact page or official support channel using your registered phone number or email address. Include the message: "Please delete my Meta Recharge account and associated data."
Verification Steps
Before deleting an account, Meta Recharge may ask you to verify account ownership using your registered phone number, email address, recent order tracking ID, or other account details. This helps prevent unauthorized deletion requests.
Data We Delete
After verification, we delete or anonymize personal account profile data, login access, saved game account IDs, saved server IDs, notification preferences, and other personal data that is no longer needed to provide the service.
Data We May Keep
We may keep order history, wallet transactions, receipt records, fraud prevention records, dispute records, tax/accounting records, and support history when required for legal, security, fraud prevention, payment dispute, or business record purposes.
Retention Period
Account deletion requests are normally processed within 30 days after verification. Some retained records may be kept for up to 90 days or longer when required by law, fraud prevention, accounting, payment dispute, or support obligations.
Deleting Some Data Only
If you want to delete certain data without deleting your full account, contact support and describe the data you want removed, such as saved game IDs or optional profile details. We will review the request and remove eligible data where possible.
