Service Use
Meta Recharge provides digital top up, game package, and gift card services. Customers are responsible for entering accurate player IDs, zone IDs, server names, phone numbers, and order details before confirming a purchase.
Orders and Delivery
Most orders are processed quickly, but delivery time can vary by provider availability, game server status, payment verification, and stock availability. Order status and available codes can be checked from the customer account.
Wallet and Payments
Wallet balance can be used for eligible purchases. Top up requests may require receipt verification before balance is credited. Fraudulent receipts, duplicate payment claims, or abuse may lead to order cancellation or account restriction.
Customer Responsibility
Digital products are often tied to the exact account or server information submitted. Please review all information carefully before purchase. Meta Recharge cannot guarantee recovery when incorrect account details are submitted by the customer.
