This policy explains when Meta Recharge can refund wallet balance or help resolve failed digital orders.

Eligible Refunds
Refunds may be available when an order fails, a provider cannot complete delivery, a gift card item is unavailable after purchase, or a payment was verified but no wallet credit/order was completed.
Non-Refundable Cases
Completed digital deliveries are usually not refundable. Orders may also be non-refundable when the customer submitted the wrong player ID, server, zone ID, region, account, or product option.
Refund Method
Approved refunds may be returned to the customer wallet balance first. Other refund methods depend on the original payment method, support verification, and operational availability.
Review Time
Some refund checks require order/provider verification. Please keep your tracking ID, receipt, and account details available when contacting support.

Open your order details and contact support with your tracking ID. The team will review the payment, provider status, and delivery history.
